Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
ICMCI Annual Events | 21–23 October 2026
Registration closes: 30 September 2026
If you register and later find that you are unable to attend, the following refund conditions will apply:
- Cancellations received by 30 September 2026: Full refund of registration fees, less any applicable transaction or administrative charges.
- Cancellations received from 1 October to 10 October 2026: A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
- Cancellations received after 10 October 2026: Registration fees are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the event administration team at cmc-global@cmc-global.org and reema.nasser@cmc-global.org – registrant should use the contact details and email address provided in the registration confirmation.
Important note: we do not accept cancellations on any tour registration and therefore no refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of cancellation.
ICMCI reserves the right to update this policy where necessary due to exceptional circumstances.
