In order to provide practical and hands on support for management consultants in demonstrating their work according to the ISO 20700, CMC-Global has developed a self-declaration checklist to the ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for management consultancy services. This list, as well as the extent and the content of the list, are agreed individually by client and provider for each project.
CMC-Global makes this list available in a "Train the Trainer" training provided to all its Member Institutes to accredit them to provide the training to their Management Consultants (MCs) and Certified Management Consultants (CMCs), with a certificate issued by the IMCs and ICMCI. The training Terms of Reference document provides all needed details along with the logo Style Guide Rules.
Note: Delivery of the self-declaration list training is only available through an accredited national institute
The self-declaration list (comprising of approximately 50 questions) accommodates all sizes of projects (“Small”, “Medium”, “Large/Complex”) according to each consulting phase and ensures common understanding between provider and the recipient of the service.
If you are a management consultant and want to learn more about the CMC-Global ISO 20700 self-declaration list, contact your national IMC.
